Provide access to electrical outlets for power tools. If assembly is in a location without power, please inform visualworks when scheduling your appointment.

Service Guidelines

Scheduling & Timing

Please be available during the scheduled service time or designate someone over 18 to be present. Most assembly jobs take between one to three hours, though complex pieces may require more time. We'll provide an estimated duration when confirming your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid service fees. Contact visualworks as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.

We proudly serve Chicago and surrounding areas. For locations outside our standard service zone, additional travel fees may apply. Contact us to confirm availability and pricing for your specific location.
